Our customized order generally take up to 5-15 days for production simply because we use complex technologies to customize your personalize brick heads and it also depending on the occasions, especially when it is new year, valentines day. Our production period can be delayed, But the latest should be 15 days maximum. 

We use express post for all of our orders. it generally take 7-20 days to arrive at your country
