- Designing process [3-7 days]
- Confirmation of design [3 days]
- Our team will reach out to you to finalise the design for production.
- You have 3 days for confirmation. If we don't receive any requests from you after 3 days, we'll assume the design is final and begin production.
16. Production and delivery [7-20 days]
Please note that only the material set is sent out, the final finished products need to be manually assembled
Refund
As our product is customized on a 1-to-1 basis, it cannot be resold once sold. Hence, our refund policy is as follows:
• A full refund will be issued if the order is cancelled before the design process begins.
• A 50% refund will be issued if the order is cancelled after the design process has started but before production commences.
• No refund or return will be permitted if production has commenced.
We kindly request that you keep this policy in mind when placing your order.
