5. Customised your hairstyle: long, short, straight, curly, colour of your choice
   
6. Customised expression: smile, wink, angry, surprise, no expression of your choice
   
7. Customised accessory: necklace, hair pin, glasses, hat of your choice
   
8. **The skin colour and clothing will be customized according to the image of the photo you provided.

11. Receive order confirmation email [1 day]
    
12. Designing process [3-7 days]
    
13. Confirmation of design [3 days]
    
14. Our team will reach out to you to finalise the design for production.
    
15. You have 3 days for confirmation. If we don't receive any requests from you after 3 days, we'll assume the design is final and begin production.
    16. Production and delivery [7-20 days]
    
    Please note that only the material set is sent out, the final finished products need to be manually assembled

Refund

As our product is customized on a 1-to-1 basis, it cannot be resold once sold. Hence, our refund policy is as follows:
• A full refund will be issued if the order is cancelled before the design process begins.
• A 50% refund will be issued if the order is cancelled after the design process has started but before production commences.
• No refund or return will be permitted if production has commenced.
